I was thinking the same thing. Just do an update that forces them to accept the TOS, delete the current user data and keep it pushing.

I think its because nobody caught the problem yet and if they did that someone would put 2 and 2 together and the ftc would bring charges against them. The bathroom scene is when Richard was convincing Dinesh he has to take that hit.

I love this show. I keep trying to get my friends into but they don't like the humor or the story.

Gilfoyle is my favorite.

I'm really interested to see where it goes this season. Its almost like they are starting over from scratch again.

And that ending made me wish this show was a hour long, well atleast this ep

I binge watched Halt and Catch Fire right before starting this new season and it's a bugout but I feel like this ish could be a satirical future version of that ish...they're both crack for completely difference reasons but the tech stuff overlaps obviously and direction the cats from the 70s, 80s, 90s are moving in Halt and Catch Fire is straight toward the mess of Silicon Valley's characters.
