And this is where that Russia and China connection comes to play. If they’re as tight as reports have indicated they can basically drain Europe.

Europe can be getting heavy tariffs from U.S and heavy, one-sided trade “agreements” with Russia/China.

If America/Russia/China are the supply, they can make high demands from Europe. Europe either needs to build in-house far more or seek out Africa (which ARC has their hands all in already).

The X-Factor is if China wants to do their own thing because that’s kind of their philosophy to be an exporter that calls their own shots, but man they might figure with the pressure Russia can put on Europe they can cash in.
