already posturing based on primitive power dynamics in a very public setting.
What sort of human being does that? Thats something you say behind closed doors or in a private meeting.
But to get up on the world stage and repeat the same negotiating line of "you arent in a position to negotiate", you arent negotiating.

Most of the last 2 wars (Russia/Ukraine and Israel/Gaza) is about land position of enemies.
Russia views NATO as an enemy and will kill as many young men, innocent people needed to prevent them from being next door.
Same with Israel and Gaza.
NATO expansion is an excuse though, Putin didn't do shyt when Finland joined NATO.
He views Ukraine as being a fake country and he wanted to force them into being a Russian colony like Belarus
