Shoulder Pain When Benching

Another thing (been mentioned in this thread tho i believe) is how wide your grip is when benching. Back when I started Working out I always had a far too wide grip, which resulted in too much pressure on my shoulder and very very low Progress. After I switched that my Bench game been :blessed:

I just started having pain in my right shoulder when I do the barbell or dumbbell shoulder press. No problem with dumbbell shoulder raises, so rotation doesn't seem to be an issue.

I can notice it slightly when I do incline bench, but it doesn't seem to affect the lift at all. When I do flat bench, I cannot notice it at all. Dips aren't a problem either, nor are push ups.

So, the shoulder presses are gone for awhile. I'll try incline bench again in awhile. When that's completely pain free, I'll move back to real shoulder work.
