Unconscious again, stemming again, brain damage again. :francis:

This is why I'm done coaching football for the rest of my life.

Coli brain health experts told us the first two times were just a bad coincidence and didn't mean anything.

That dumbass cooper kupp thread is why you can’t coach football.

I have to think the childhood he had with his father has something to do with this insistence to keep going, too

He can clearly do the things to mitigate his injuries but it’s interesting how public opinion changes. Several years ago this same scenario results in the public saying the sport is too dangerous.

Now it’s the players fault. (Again not saying he can’t do his part)
That’s because years ago, it was like the 2015 Broncos vs Panthers where Cam was just getting drilled in the dome no flag. Or the litany of safeties taking free shots with 10+ yards of momentum behind them

Tua shouldn’t even be playing after the last one that started this…

The 10% remaining humanity in me says he should def prioritize his well-being and retire. The vast majority of scumbag left in me, says play the remainder of your contract and keep Miami a first round exit each year :ehh:

What ethical doctor is medically clearing this man to keep putting himself in position where he likely will get another concussion?
For real, man is 26. How many concussions has he had so far? You want this guy to play another 8-10 years and keep taking a beating until he's like a punch drunk boxer by the time he's 45? There's a lot of life left to be lived. I get this is his life's passion but this can't continue.

I really wanted him to prove the doubters wrong, not about the injuries, but his play and that he's only good because of Mike McDaniel and the WRs. But injuries affect your QoL down the road and you can't expect defensive players to play two hand touch or laser tag when in close proximity to dude.

Also, because a decent of them were suffered on national platforms and being the QB (aka face of the franchise) the cry for his retirement will be a lot louder than just any other position.

The scary thing about last night is that he wasn't even being tackled when it happened and it looked almost as bad as the one he suffered against the Jets. Like other have mentioned, he didn't look good even when he was in the back walking to the locker room. I know it's hard to walk away from something you love but at this rate, he will be lucky if he can walk if he suffers another one.

TYRONE GA!
He should go on the 4-week IR AT MINIMUM. Miami has to take a QB next year.

I think he should retire, but if he for whatever chooses not to, Miami basically has to hit him with a "One more of these, and we won't put you out there ever again."

next one, that's it.

Goodell gotta step in
