Look...if you can't run into another guys stomach or side without getting a concussion, it's time to hang it up. Not even get tackled...YOU run into a guy...and get a concussion? You can't even slap box with your wife! The type guy who if he gets in a fight, fall and die.

Take the money you made and retire...
The concussion came from hitting the ground

This dude is really gonna risk his life to keep playing when he already has enough for him and his family to live a great life. Go sit down and become an ESPN CFB personality. They’ll drop another bag on him for that.

I could understand it if this squad had a legitimate chance at a Super Bowl but come on. He’s more than likely not even going to win the division this year, let alone doing a damn thing against Mahomes or Lamar.

He doesn't get all that money if he retires tho.

The team might have to step in. If he doesn't want to retire, that okay. But he will have to play somewhere else.

This kinda reminds me of the Bosh situation. Bosh wanted to play but the Heat didn't want to take the chance to play him. The Dolphins will have to find a way out of the contract (probably a buyout) so they can move on from Tua. Sometimes you have to protect the player from themselves.

Shout out to Miami. They are protecting themselves from themselves. Give the man 4 weeks of peace so he can decide his future.

You tank your season at the same time but you get the good will. Regardless, they need to draft and develop a back up next year. If Tua comes back, he will always have these concussion absences for the rest of his career.

I don't think it is too common to give the player leeway on the return time like that, especially with how the Fins have treated his injuries in a long term scope.

Wonder if this is their "too far" moment and having him seriously consider retiring.
