I like this show so far. I'm on episode 2
I'm still baffled as to why Theodore Hardy hung that dead bird up in the first place
I make of this that they created the show of the yearThe creators of this show are a married couple (Rachel Kondo, an Asian woman, and Justin Marks, a White man).
Make of that what you will.

This show is definitely making that case so farI make of this that they created the show of the year
I'm interested to see how the story develops as well.At this point I'm waiting to see just how much is "adapted"...this tweak with Lady Ochiba takes off in a different direction than the book.
But adaptation or no, Blackthorne isn't the white-saviour "hero" in this story and never was. Clavell never took that approach.
You're in the minority and you're talking bullshytThis show is not the show of the year
nikkas love mediocrity because It’s wrapped in exoticism that is loose Japan lore
This is the same shyt that happened with Blue Eyed Samurai
This show would’ve been a lot better with Japrehs politicking on wanting that Shogunate spot
Without all the feminist push
White man good, Japreh bad
At this point them cracka nerds can’t help themselves
I got a better story playing Ghost of Tsushima than this bullshyt
