Trust me you living off of nostalgia. Try watching that shyt nowadays and its trash. I can hardly stomach it. I stumbled up on the Chuunin Exams over the weekend on CN and that shyt is still great. Naruto has been better than DBZ for quite some time now. It did not age well at all.

kendrick said lil wayne is ONE of his favorite rappers.... the creator of naruto said dbz IS his favorite show, not ONE of. he even admitted he modeled alot of stuff after dbz, so how can naruto possibly be better when the creator basically admitted if it wasnt for dbz it wouldnt BE a naruto. Get off your "i want 2 b different so i can b cool" phase and just admit nothing is touching dbz, especially not naruto. how can u compare, when dbz has better characters, narutos fight scenes are more in detail but at the end of the day, everyone knows naruto came from THE G.O.A.T.

Nah, bro. I go back and watch dbz regularly and that shyt is still great. Goku going super saiyan for the first time was one of the greatest moments in anime history. Ain't too many animes fukking with that.

i agree...like i realized how dbz is flawed..watching that shyt after school was like one of the greatest feelings but i can't even stomach watching that ish anymore hwen i have to wait three episodes so he can charge or spirit bomb..or all of the deus ex machinas that he pulls out of his ass..and chuunin exam is just .. one of the greatest arcs in anime history

Nah you tripping it took that nikka 12 episodes to go SSJ and everyone knows that Gohans SSJ2 transformation (original Japanese version) is the greatest DBZ scene and >>>>Gokus transformation

Also what makes Naruto >>DBZ is the way they go about fighting using strategy and the outcome of the fight not being determined on who has the bigger power level. Naruto actually delves into ways to beat a person that might be stronger or even faster. DBZ is just yelling and screaming until your hair turns yellow and having these ridiculous fights where planets are destroyed during a fight with ridiculous power ups that make no sense at all. Trust me I was on DBZ before it even got to the states and CN and was a fan of it before most people knew what it was and it was a great show the time it dropped but ill put a shyt load of animes above it easily.

yes i miss the tactics and strategy of pre-time skip naruto ...every shikamaru fight was just ..i always felt that in naruto..the good guys were always up against stronger bad guys but they always use strategy and their brains to trick and out smart their opponents..and don;t forget that in DBZ..anybody can be revived..which makes character deaths meaningless pretty much..that pretty much makes light of krillin's death when goku went SSJ ... but i think we can all agree FMA brother hood is the goat shounen anime
