Part 1 did so well that it wasn't released in America on the Dreamcast.

Part 2 never sold well on the OG XBOX as well..it's a niche title man.

I know I didnt buy part 2 simply because I didnt own an Xbox. Most DC owners went to PS2. And the first game didnt sell terribly, it just didnt recoup the costs to make it which were astronomical.

It was a flop financially cause they spent an astronomical amount of money developing it. Kinda like tomb raider.

But it still sold well considering both consoles it was on never really had a large user base.

never played either of them....but if there's a shenmue 3 rumor i'm sure an half life 3 rumor is soon to pop up.

both were solid, two just had me at the edge of my seat constantly, way more fights way more action....


Truth be told I couldn't fukk with one like that because them first 3d games used to make me dizzy, it took months to play through the story on one for that very reason, 1 and tha dreamcast sonic had feeling like i faced four loud ls back to back


Part one got you entrenched in the story, part two had me entrenched in the action...Toss up...This may be my last generation of gaming as I dont have the time like that with work, kids and bills, if they let me give Lan Di that work I'll be fulfilled as a gamer.....Honestly I dont need a third game, a remaster will satisfy me...A old game that'll shyt on the last two generation thats needed to show gamers how much they are being milked with 8 hr games, just cause nerfing like gta 5 and dlc, it'll force these companies to stop b.s.ing and step their game up
