Having guns, but not having them close enough to access at the drop of a hat seems kinda useless.

Why is it so many black parents resort to violence when they get angry? There is no evidence that hitting produces the desired results parents want.
Will Smith said it started in slavery because whippings were all we knew for "bad" behavior and (like so many other things) we never dropped that mentality. I sort of agree with him.

Considering blacks are disproportionate in poverty meaning more depression and less access to treat mental illness I don't doubt it.
