Character? What is Bryan's character? Really, who is Daniel Bryan? That YES! guy? That guy who is partnered with Kane? Bryan has no character. He's just a guy transitioning from heel to face. He has a decent storyline going but he has no character.

Ziggler has no character. He's bland. His name used to be his character and that's more compelling than what he's doing now, which is making everyone else look good.

Cody Rhodes is a tragic case. The most well developed heel character ruined and turned into another generic heel.

Randy Orton has no character and no direction. NONE. Same for Kofi.

Which brings me to Sheamus. He has no character to tweak. And he doesn't have a cheap catchphrase like Bryan. The fact that he's as over as he is now is a testament to his charisma. Dude is vanilla as they come. So just imagine if they gave this guy a character, a back story, SOMETHING.

And the guys that do have character are cheap. One dimensional. Del Rio is an aristocrat. So what? Who cares? How does that transition into wrestling? Cesaro is a former Euro rugby player. And I care because?

That's why guys go from being pretty over to almost nothing because there's no character to get attached to. Once they stop winning or their story arc is finished they're just another guy on the roster. They need Russo. In a bad way.

I dont understand why the superstar is always blamed for lack of character. They dont get to come up with too much of their character. D Bry is a total freak accident and is running with it.

Dolph needs an offensive moveset overhaul not a character. Hes a showoff wrestling jock. Thats a character.

Cesaro was tagged with some un over (albeit hot) bytch that sits at ringside and does NOTHING. Let dude be Claudio and let him sink or swim. And at least do the UFO once in a while. They hire these guys from the indies for a reason and then turn them into something completely different. It doesnt make sense.

Sheamus right now as the main guy makes sense except two things. Hes not a really good promo guy and doesnt sell much merch. Whatever though i usually turn off the shows around the main event anyway.

Where am I blaming the wrestlers?

I'm not like Cena haters who think the guys has free reign to book and tweak his character. Even HHH doesn't have that kind of power. I'm just pointing out the fact that these guys are bland as fukk. The WWE isn't giving them anything to work with and not letting them play to their strengths. Why is Sheamus cutting long promos? He has nothing to talk about. He is a big pale Irish guy.

And all promos, especially heel promos all revolve around the same thing; I'm better than you, a shoot, corny silly heel jokes, you people etc etc. And that would be great if they could mix it up like Rock, Austin, Savage, Hogan etc. etc. but these guys are cutting variations of the same promo.
