Those initial 7/10s from IGN and Gamespot still crack me up.

You already know the bots were going through PTSD when those first couple average review scores came in thinking this game was gonna be another discount bin Game Pass classic.

I don't think "bots" really care , looking at most played charts and sells its easily probably xbox most successful ip this generation. It's surpassed cod on most played that's huge for a single player ip, surpassed fortnite in Canada. I think theirs a disconnect with reviewers and fans with this one, that's fine it happens. Reviewers seem to wanted this game to be something it's not.

We really using metacritic user score to discuss games now? Tlou2 has a 5.8 user metascore, those get review bombed who cares.

@Chip Breherty it's an entertaining game it's just not the game some reviewers made up in their head pre release, honestly the discourse around it is interesting.
