Yeah I saw the aftermath photos.
Wish I hadn't

That shark did him all the way dirty, completely eviscerated him like a carrot in a blender after pressing the pulse button a couple of times.

Sharks teeth must feel like a 1000 pounds of barb wire crushing you all directions....lord

That part where he's upside down in the water, if you want to know what happened

Remember when Nas said:

"I embrace y'all with napalm/
Blows up, no guts, left chest, face gone/"

Yeah....

Sharks don’t like people. We have little body fat, boney, and we tend to kick and scream when attacked. A shark would rather eat a fat ass sea lion. The only real exception tends to be Tiger sharks. Those are the only ones that seem to eat humans. Others just bite us by accident. In 10 years there have been 60 deaths by shark attack. Considering how many people swim in the sea everyday it’s literally nothing.

What makes tiger sharks different?

Nah, but not out of a rational fear, just cause I know I'd be stressing the thought the whole time and wouldn't have any fun.

But it wouldn't keep me from swimming anywhere else, even places I knew had just as many sharks. Posters here talking how they'll never go in a water body other than a pool, I don't know how they ever get into a car, living life that scary.

Hell, way more Black boys die of drowning in pools cause they don't know how to swim than die of shark attacks. You wanna talk about safety, getting greater swimming awareness and lessons in the black community is way more important.
Stressing the thought? So you’d have anxiety? Or Fear :mjlol:

Nah, I'd just be preoccupied with it if I was in that particular spot, since I have no other associations with that beach. Looking over my shoulder and shyt. You know, the way @Mowgli apparently moves everywhere. 😁

I have no idea, every time someone is getting eaten it always seems to be a Tiger. If I had to guess they are like the biggest trash fish of the ocean and will eat anything so they don’t mind people.

Even then could you imagine playing around with other wild animals like this?

Sharks are remarkably docile animals

Orcas are the masters of the sea nikka, sharks run from them lil smart ass goons. They will run up on sharks, 10 deep, and run off with shark brehs livers. FOR VITAMINS :banderas:.

Them nikkas take yo liver, and leave you alive to suffer until death :ohlawd:. And they have never attacked a human in open water, only while contained for entertainment.

Orcas, are sea nikkas. See nikka :umad:

shoutout to the Great Blacks :wow:

IF I had to die like that, I'd want that first bite to be fatal as fukk. I don't wanna be in even enough pain to cry out to ppl.

I can't even imagine the pain
crying for help with your last gasps. All you see is cell phones pointed at you and a slow moving ass paddle boat head in your direction. Limbs looking like a stubs of Stromboli

People engage in ridiculous fear mongering based on the most unlikely events. Same people who mocked the 1% chance of dying from Covid get sweaty palms at the 0.0000001% chance of getting eaten by a shark. Even in the midst of the worst shark attack runs possible, you're way more likely to die in a car accident on the way to the beach than to have a shark attack happen on the beach.
I appreciate what you're trying to do here but you end up sounding a lot like:

How is that even comparable? :dahell:

The sub guy was ignoring the scientific standards of his field and going with his own emotional instinct instead because he was too wrapped up in his own ego.

Whereas I'm saying to stop listening to your emotional instinct and go with the science of the field instead.

Besides, just from a statistical perspective, even the safest deepwater sub ever made is likely more dangerous than a dip at the beach. There haven't been enough deepwater dives in all of human history to match the # of people just today who safely went into the ocean without getting eaten by a shark.

I dispute your "science of the field". Location and period matter. Also, how far in the water you go matters too. I think there are way less people who go swimming farther off from the shore than mainstream statistics and you are suggesting. That's why it's not a science. It's just a way to get people to feel safe and protect commercial interests.

Add the risk of drowning and other hazards that are more common, there is something to be said for the ocean not being a natural habitat for humans to be moving in.

Animal behavior is also not a static thing. Given the rapid environmental and ecological changes impacting on the oceans, there is no way to predict how shark populations are going to behave in future times. Statistics won't reflect that until after the fact when it's too late for the humans making up those statistics.

Is it clear yet that I don't f*ck with the ocean like that? :lolbron: I got a thousand more reasons if it's needed. :bryan::sadcam:
