Aye yo y’all might not catch it but ya peep how SA be speaking on Sharpe like he a newbie or a dog some shyt
It be slights in the speech
Ehhh fukk it, Should probably start shooting at them tbh. Get the views & shyt upSAS shouldn't even be entertaining all the Skip Undisputed talk.
Wasnt working is not the same as didnt work anymoreYou driving in your car and it's fine the next day the transmission goes out. It was working fine until it wasn't. The fact that it was working fine the prior day has jack shyt to do with it not working fine the following day.
Like I stated in a earlier post, Skip put his bosses on at FS1, so they was going to ride for him regardless who was at fault. Plus, Shannon was becoming just as big as Skip on Undisputed, so I sense that Bayless was feeling intimidated along with the fact that Sharpe had no problem calling him out on his bullsh*t. The show was getting stale and they keep rehashing the same topics over and over so it was time for them to moved forward. The Lakers game issue didn't help Shannon but that wasn't enough to get rid of him cleanly, so Fox had to give him total ownership of Club Shay Shay in order for him to bounce. This maybe a blessing in disguise since First Take is a bigger platform and I know that Stephen A hinted that he eventually wants to move on from ESPN. Sometimes you have a take a step back in order to move forward. Shannon just needs to be #2 to SAS for a minute while still eating on the side with Club Shay Shay and something bigger will come along over time. No offense to Ryan Clark, Mad Dog, Swagu, Dan, Minka and the rest of the crew but Shannon's aura and star quality trumps all of them by a long shot .So according to SAS, the espn guys was hesitant since he argued with Skip on air. Wow, so basically Shannon was about to be blackballed. And I'm sure his argument at the Lakers game didn't help either. That was a terrible look.
I said the same thing. Steven a is ushering shannon in to take his placeShannon&Skip just worked together. Dont give shyt about the drama. Skip ran his product into the ground with same topics etc. Shannon was the biggest star on FS1. Big fish small pond, compared to ESPN where he is another big fish in big pond (McAfee,SAS).Crazy how Ryan Clark is an analyst, hosts Inside the NFL and then Pivot Podcast although he isnt as big of a star. Shannon needs another platform.Im gonna get laughed at but I think Stephen A will try to get late night TV gig like Fallon,Jimmy Kimmel leave First Take to Shannon and another big name.
No doubtI said the same thing. Steven a is ushering shannon in to take his place
Skip who ran the show didn't want Shannon there anymore. That's the definition of it's not working out. If you in a marriage and your partner don't want to be married anymore that means the marriage isn't working out anymore.Wasnt working is not the same as didnt work anymore
if you own a car for 150,000mi and it drove perfectly fine, the next day if you run over a log and something breaks, it just broke. When asked what happened to it, youre not going to say "Man its been breaking down for 150k miles." No, youll say it was working fine and then something broke when I ran over it. The Hamlin situation was that log.
Shannon should’ve never left undisputed. He let the people gas him. Exactly why skip always told him stop letting twitter gas him

You sitting up here splitting hairs over the terminology of saying the show wasn't working out anymore. It could get there gradually overtime or be years in the making and either way it reached the same point. How it got there is irrelevant once it's arrived.
Fox did Shannon good. Bought him out and gave him his podcast. Didn't even put a non-compete clause in the buyout. He got to walk away a free man from a partnership that was broken and now he's on a bigger show.
He also started a show with Ocho Cinco. I didn’t Fox ever had any ownership of Club Shay Shay.Like I stated in a earlier post, Skip put his bosses on at FS1, so they was going to ride for him regardless who was at fault. He didn’t leave because he wanted to, he was pushed out.Shannon should’ve never left undisputed. He let the people gas him. Exactly why skip always told him stop letting twitter gas him
And where is SAS going to go as he doesn't have the juice like that outside of the sports world. Those late night talk shows are a dying breed.I said the same thing. Steven a is ushering shannon in to take his place
