Too many posters are retards lol. Nobody here claimed Steven Adams was tough... the PLAYERS of the NBA themselves have been sayin it for years. The video i posted is about 15-20 minutes of Adams stories.. he really does hunt wild hogs barefoot with only a blade. That's funny... also very dangerous. i don't see the guy being afraid.

Here's the problem.. Shannon has a lot of fans here. i'm a fan of Shannon myself. But posters get too caught up in the person they are a fan of than what's fact or fiction :dead:

The funny thing is them purposely ignoring the elephant in the room. As most of us here said, He didn't hesitate when it came to fighting a black man, but he acted like a buff p*ssy when Skip punked him on Undisputed. He didn't even have to attack Skip, all he had to do was tell Skip to fukk off in a professional way.

Shannon’s career was tossing bigger badder dudes around daily.

Stop this shyt. Steven Adams ain’t never did shyt and won’t ever do shyt.

He ran up stopped far enough away and found a back to jump over and do the “don’t hold me back” game.

Shay stood there and didn’t flinch.
Shannon played two decades ago.

He's now in his mid-50s, living a comfortable life, and I can promise you isn't serious about having any real-life physical altercation like that. The fact you think that Adams was scared of him tells me you're looking at this shyt through a distorted lens.

Only on TheColi is a 7ft, near-300lb player in his physical prime, who's recognized by his peers as the toughest/strongest player in the league is somehow scared of someone in their mid-50s who's been living the life of luxury over the last two decades.

Y'all keyboard militants talking all types of reckless shyt in here.

shyt, some NBA squad better call up Unc and sign him to a roster as a goon. I bet nobody no player in the league would dare try anything with Shannon in the vicinity.

Adams wasn't scared of him, and Shannon wasn't scared of anyone either. Everyone involved knows punches aren't gonna be thrown

The whole situation was making a mountain out of a molehill

He acted like he had a paycheck to keep. There’s no paycheck involved with what took place in LA.

Let’s stop acting like folks behave the same at work as they do in public

Jimmy is the most performative for the crackers nikka in the NBA so I’m not shocked.

Hell, we don't even need to take their word for it. We all can see how strong/tough he is out there; dude eats all types of physical contact. Nothing really seems to faze him. I've been courtside and seen in person the screens he sets and his activity in the paint. He stonewalls and tosses big men like they're regular-size humans.

Y'all only coming with this because he's a foreign white-looking cat.

If his name was Jamal Jones from White Hall, Alabama, the responses would be all about how Shannon better sit his old ass down before someone did it for him.

I’m only judging body language as it happened.

Honestly don’t think anyone actually wanted to fight,

But it was the grizzlies doing all the barking and running up. Both Adams and Tee Morant had ample chance to throw hands as they ran up. They both promptly found someone to get behind and pretend they wanted to fight.

You telling me stephen adams is the strongest and toughest dude on earth but he couldn’t get past that little trainer holding him back :comeon:

It seemed to me Adams initially came over and wanted to deescalate it, and then Shannon kept on popping off at Brooks.

Whatever Adams said, I highly doubt he ever thought about throwing hands with Shannon. It would've been barking about nothing. If someone is trying to push you back like that trainer did, you're naturally going to put up some resistance. It's not always a pretend hold me back sort of thing. I refuse to believe anyone is serious about Adams being scared of him. It's one of the most ridiculous yet fitting reflections of this board.
