They recently upped her pay to what bill Macy gets and there was an article about that. Not sure why she would leave after getting paid.
It's simple. She wanted to leave after season 7 but thought they could change her mind by paying her more. Season 8 sucked now she knows it ain't worth her time.

Probably nobody but she may just be bored with the shyt and want to see if she can get better or even simply different roles elsewhere. I can’t really hate on that at all. I respect people who want new challenges and don’t just wanna do the same shyt over and over in life even if it’s working.

exactly. maybe in seasons 1-4 when she was still "new" and showing t*ts every episode she could've made some moves but this hollywood game waits for no one + its not like shes movie material. Look for her to pop up on some Hulu show or an Amazon "original" after this along with some indie flick headed straight to Netflix. Maybe I could see her in a role like playing the mom on Stranger Things but Winona Ryder has that slightly strung out/working at a diner mom type of character on lock.
