I agree and disagree. He should not be on social media doing this and the organization needs to discuss this with him that matters within the organization, your employer, needs to be handled internally. However, he also needs to not be a mouthpiece. Because he isn't the only one who has the issues with him. They cant get rid of Micah. But Amari voiced a displeasure last year on getting targeted and they got rid of him for it. You know they regret that now.
