which unit on this team has looked worse over the second half of the season?

I can’t tell if this is a serious question. And if so, what the point of it is.

Dollar for dollar, the offense has looked worse to me than the defense over the past few games.

Defense generates turnovers here and there. Dak throwing pick 6s like he has an incentive to reach. Defense has been dealing with poor field position and short rest on the sideline lately with how bad the offense and even special teams has been.

DLine isn’t getting sacks/pressures anymore and the secondary can’t seem to contain anybody.

Dak looks like total garbage, our Oline is banged up, we have no running game lately, and every pass catcher besides CeeDee looks like they’re in a phone booth.

Even if you want to say the defense has been worse than the offense lately, context matters. Again, brehs are expecting Nobu from Quinn when he’s given expired Taco Bueno ingredients to work with.

Meanwhile Kellen and Dak have an embarrassment of riches and we probably won’t even have 17 points entering the 4th Q on Monday.


It’s fine. Let’s draft another OL in the 1st, another WR in the 3rd, another RB in the 4th, and sign the Minnesota Vikings 3rd string MLB this off-season and run it back.

And complain about the defense in 9 months time

No, you fire McCarthy because he’s useless. Guy brings absolutely nothing to the table. In fact, he’s a liability when it comes to clock management and challenges. Utter trash.

Quinn injected something into the defense with his arrival. We were getting neither sacks nor turnovers before him. He came along and now we’ve gotten plenty of turnovers the past 2 seasons and we had the best pass rush the first half of this season. His players like playing for him. Dtown is right. Nobody on this team ever speaks on Kellen or Mike and what they do or how they motivate them. The defense has been praising Quinn the past 2 years.

But most importantly, give the DC some pieces. Whether it’s Quinn or anybody else. Look at our CBs. Our LBs. Our DTs. It’s abysmal. The roster construction is totally negligent when it comes to the defense. No wonder we can’t hold up leads or backup QBs show out against us. Is anybody surprised? Look at what we’re trotting out there…

Bills need to get over the hump so they go and get Von Miller.

Rams had Donald. Got Ramsey and won it all. Added Wagner anyway…

Ravens went and got Roquon. Steelers have Watt and made a play to go get Minkah.


We let an $80mil pass rusher walk last year, replaced him with bargain bin Dante Fowler, and spent all season foreplaying with Odell.

No wonder we can’t stop the run and have no secondary depth. No wonder we have no LBs that would start on any other playoff team. No wonder we have DTs that get blown off the line as soon as the ball is snapped.

Can’t wait til Micah leaves and we replace him with 48 year old JPP on a vet minimum deal.
Trade Trevon for a 5th round pick and promote Nashon Wright to CB1.
All while we keep drafting OL and WR and TE to give Dak more help.

Quinn is a loser breh. We want to fire a coach that has gotten us 12 wins in two consecutive seasons for a coach that had only two double digit win seasons the 6 years he was a head coach.

As for the personnel, how are you going to say its unfair for Quinn to get the guys that he got, when these are his guys hes asking for. We had to trade for Hankins because his run-defense was getting gashed. He is the one that has this fetish for long DBs like Nashon Wright who is a cotdam bum.

We got rid of Amari to be able to afford our soon to be highest paid defender and corner in the game.

Quinn’s reputation here is literally attributed to Micah. His generational ability to get after the QB is what made this defense better and even that was somewhat of a coincidence considering Quinn had him at linebacker until Tank got hurt and he was forced to pass rush
