This would probably be the game that could give 2K a run for its money. Who would even be the correct people to get in contact with to even generate interest in having an NBA Street game??????
:troll: U trolling bro? A arcade sports game that wasn’t top dog in its prime gonna give the top b-ball sim a run for its money?

What’s next nba jams?

Already have to deal with people over dribbling for 20 seconds in 2k just to jack up a 3. I ain't trying to watch a dude spam off the heezys just to get his cookies taken every time down the court.

This is the same reason why Madden doesn't allow tattoos on created players, lack of celebrations, tame hit sticks and no suspensions
I haven't played Madden enough recently to realize any of this, but wtf? No tattoos and no celebrations? :dahell:

:mindblown: What are some of you nikkaz talking about in this thread? This game would be distinct from NBA 2K/NBA Live. NBA 2K was around when this was out and wasn't nobody going "Nah man I'm not playing 2K no more.." They both served different purposes. Y'all bringing up NBA Jam flopping or that other game but the truth of the matter is those games ARE NOT NBA Street Vol 2 quality. No mode or contest in Live is a substitute for this game. Trash games flopping doesn't = NBA Street Vol 2 remaster would flop. This wouldn't be targeted to only kids either.

I bet if they released a F2P version of NBA Street Vol 2 or 3 that shyt would be flames.

:gucci: At its peak nba jams and blitz was definitely better than street and they both also play different that 2k and madden :pachaha:

Vol 2 was ahead of its' time. It dropped at the absolute peak of the streetball craze and was a better And1 game than And1. Had all of us kids thinking Stretch was real and was out here taking young bucks souls after punching the clock at the steel mill every evening at Rucker. Low key, Stretch was the original Uncle Drew. :wow: I think I had more pure fun with Vol 2 than with any other basketball game ever. I also loved how your created character had to earn his nickname. I stayed working on my handles and was ridiculous with the trickery, so Bobitta Garcia dubbed my dude 'The Yo-Yo'...ball stayed on a string. Anybody could get it if they checked the rock up.

Anybody.

:stopitslime:

Can yall imagine that system in combination with todays graphics and the ability to save replays/gameplay? Hitting dudes with the 'off the heezy' and then winning with a gamebreaker dunk on half the team. nikkas would legit end up fist fighting with how disrespectful you could be in these games.

Edit: :salute: Shout out to the breh Biggie Little, too.

Me, him and Stretch only left the court when it was hoes to chase and food to eat :wow:

There's celebrations but they're tame like spiking the ball on the ground, pointing to the sky, throwing your hands in the air etc. because the NFL wouldn't allow Madden to put in the celebrations that the NFL players do now. This year though they got permission to do it though

Madden 18

Madden 19

EA doesn't listen to fans.

they wont even make skate 4 despite fans begging them to make it.

damn near every post on ea''s ig account has thousands of people begging for skate 4 :mjlol:

Something I always wanted to know. If games like fight night and skate since neither really have an association or union do ea have to pay each fighter individually?

That could be a reason they not making it. I always wondered why they do t make another fight night but if they have to pay for each character individual license that would suck and probably wouldn’t make them much money

not sure how it is with fight night but i'd be surprised if pro skaters really got any type of money for skate games.

i bet ea lowballed the shyt out of them

This shyt would be like Rocket League online, it was more than just a basketball game, it was just a fun ass game period with dope gameplay mechanics

:gucci: At its peak nba jams and blitz was definitely better than street and they both also play different that 2k and madden :pachaha:
NBA Street would be huge right now with online play, you tweaking

NBA Jam was dope because of the Arcade following. Street with online would be the shyt
