but honestly i would have liked to see what would have happened if the penalties were more punative [with the exsisting exemptions]

specifically younger and healthier participation

lower costs for everyone
[with the ACA caps on insurance comp profits
and executive compensation,
minimum outlay for actual patient benefit,
increased wellness/ regular checkups,
earlier and less costly detection of illness and issues,
less expensive treatment]

overall the blueprint was pretty damn solid

The easiest thing to do with be -

-Auto enroll people in a plan if they opt out
-Make them sign an affidavit that they agree to forfeit all assets, 401k, etc to pay for their medical costs if they refuse
- if they cannot afford insurance, default them to medicaid

Sucks but nikkas can't be passing their costs onto everyone else.

no prob. yeah some people with childish logic. i would love to not have to pay car insurance premiums that i've gone 6+ years so far without making a claim, but it doesn't work like that. they want all those "good" parts of obamacare, but don't want the costs involved. funny thing is it's usually conservatives talking about how people want something for nothing.

at least i use my health insurance with the doc visits and shyt, fukking car insurance.
