Last I heard the vote was delayed due to McCain's health issues, and after that they were saying it didn't have enough votes in the Senate to pass, so I'm not sure if they're still planning a vote.
From what I hear Trump is supposed to be making some statement or something on healthcare later today, I'd assume it'll be him trying to bully them into passing it.
