The court and the ftc has all of the info and correspondence specifically about the activision deal. All of that lines up with microsoft’s public statements and their under oath statements. The FTC don’t wanna talk about that stuff they’d rather obfuscate by looking for little slip ups and “gotcha” moments that have nothing to do with the actual case, cause that’s all they have. Again this email was already thrown in the bushes in the “gamers lawsuit” by the exact same judge in the ftc case.

By doing what? Buying a bunch of timed exclusives? Locking Playstation users out a bunch of games? There are more games that aren't coming to xbox thanks to sony than even remotely close to games not going to playstation thanks to xbox.
