Black coaches are more likely to stick their kneck out for players and try to mentor them. Marvin Lewis worked well with Johnson because he knew how to deal with him.
And that one strike policy was some bullshyt to begin with. You setting him up to fail. The Dolphins used Johnson to bring attention to their team. How the fukk you gonna want discipline but have a show like Hard Knocks come to your camp. They KNEW what kind of person Johnson was but still signed him.

there are what 80-90 players on the roster right now.....and they need to cut it down to 53??
you think coaches got time to take every player under their wing and carry them to a roster spot??
TC and Preseason is what weeds out the weaker players. Players are gonna get cut. Whether you see it on TV or not. IT's gonna happen.
So toughen up kids. Hundreds of more players are going to get cut within the next month, black and white. you gonna cry and make a thread for every player that wasn't good enough to make a roster spot?(Chad was just not good enough to warrant his distractions)
