lol Chad is 35 years old and wasnt even a lock to make the roster to begin with. The owner brought him in for Hard Knocks...everyone else didnt want him there. This just gave them an excuse. Its the real world....plenty of bosses cant fire someone they want to fire until they get a legit reason.

If you watch Hard Knocks any season, you always see the guys who get cut and the speech the coach/GM sends them off. Why would Chad be any different? Because they don't want to hurt his feelings?
And I like Chad, but the coach didn't do anything out of the norm to embarrass him, Chad started all the backpeddling and apologizing and made himself look sad. He knew what he was getting called in for, he could have just took it like a man and kept it moving
