No ,if that was that case they'd have to arrest every rich dude in America. Sex trafficking either has to be forced,coherced or involve minors . They probably can't prove these women were forced since it's not current, but they can prove that Diddy has been violent towards women before and that could be enough to sway a jury. In Epsteins case they were minors so the only thing the feds had to prove was that those girls were on Island. They have prove Diddy forced them. Hiring hookers for yourself and your homeboys is not sex trafficking. Now if you kidnap a girl from the bus stop,drug her and then pimp her out, that's sex trafficking.
