Detroit got a number 1. It’s over spoken that the nba did them wrong. Houston was with In the tank wars with them and never got a 1 and got worse draft position every year. Ever since “The Process”, the association basically letting you know No team is getting more 1 too pick during your tank process no matter how long you stick at the bottom
crazy that cleveland got two no1 picks close to each other

Houston had a .500 record and got a top 3 pick. ATL was a play-in team and got the number 1 overall

Teams gotta stop looking for golf balls to save them and actually learn to compete

Yeah the tanking era is quietly over

You don't wanna treadmill per se but you better have the skeleton of what's eventually going to be a good team or else

He's coming off the bench and the Blazers aren't even starting a PG

And Pat has lost his starting spot multiple times here in Chicago, I think Matas eventually takes that over going into next season honestly.
Matas showed some promises in Summer League. It's all about when the Bulls decide to really enter rebuilding mode, not this 40% winning percentage treadmill while hoping to win a ticket to 1st round sweep.

Their most valuable piece they acquired in a trade for an all star, they didn't draft him :dead:

They are lucky more than anything, not something that can be replicated that easily

For sure, once they move on from Vuc and Zach they'll be fully committed to the youth movement.

OKC’s rebuild is basically a hybrid of Boston & Philly’s

They blatantly punted multiple seasons but also their rebuild was accelerated by an all time trade heist
