I went ahead and copped this( I'm anal in that I need a digital timer )


Threw a couple of chicken breast + peas + brown rice in there for 3.5hrs . Surprised it came out tasting pretty good.. I was nervous at first.

Now going to pick up a recipe book and do a couple days of food at a time..


Time to +rep everybody in here. I cannot cook to save my life ( one of my biggest struggles with eating healthy and I just never felt like doing it )...

Man I can't remember which breh it was here that posted the chicken pineapples and BBQ sauce (I do famous Dave's Devil Spit) in the slow cooker with a pack of chicken breast but :ohlawd: that shyt has carried me for pre post workout meals for months.

Toss it in before bed and throw it in tupperwares when I get up.

30 oz chicken breast cut into small cubes
32 oz small potatoes or chopped up potatoes
375g beans, can buy dry and save money
425g frozen mixed veggies

Throw all that shyt in the pot. Pour in enough chicken broth to come to the top or just below. Dump in a bunch of cilantro and cumin and onion powder, set it and forget it

Simple, no hassle just to throw that shyt in Sunday morning on high for 4 hours then divide it up into 5 servings for your lunches all week at work

4g fat
72g carbs
51g protein
--Per serving

Filling and pain free.
