Strictly talent homie...looks wasn't even a consideration. Her sports knowledge and takes on current events is abysmal. I respect Cari's sports mind over Jemele's because I feel like Cari has a foundation to her opinions she expresses at times. Jemele is doing the Juelz gif all the time...just talking. Like I said, you could replace her with an aspiring black girl trying to get in the profession and you would do a thousand times better and provide more substance to the conversation.
