I’m sure ESPN has their “select” guys and will just make them do everything and work themselves to death.

Stephen A Smith, Pat Mcafee, and maybe get Shannon Sharp and just make them do everything.

Shohei Ohtani had one of the best weeks in baseball history and First Take ain’t even discuss it :mjlol:

Baseball doesn't move the needle like it used to back in the day. Also, I don't think most Americans want to claim a foreign born player as one of the best players in the game even through he has shown that he is :yeshrug:.
If you don't water the grass, it won't grow, mang.

They've trained the audience not to care about baseball & hockey, but if they're not going to grow their audience while ignoring huge sports.

They gotta talk more boxing/MMA, too.

Just talking Lebron/Cowboys/Yankes may temporarily get them a ratings boost, but it's short term & it doesn't grow the audience.

MLB did it to themselves…
-The MLB Network, and current/formed MLB players don’t have any interesting shows or podcasts to appeal casual/new MLB fans.

-The fact that Cam’ron has the most entertaining baseball show isn’t on ESPN. It’s on MLB themselves not being inclusive and shunning any culture outside of basic whiteness.

was reeeally fukkin wit Jalen & Jacoby too. Prob one of the better podcasts to listen to in general
Jacoby got dumped from ESPN a while ago maybe they can actually start it back up again now that they're both off the network
Again though if I'm Jalen I'm going for the Shannon Sharpe spot on Undisputed. Too big an opportunity and he's the best option

I thought they would’ve bushed Scott Van Pelt, considering he’s sick of the graveyard shifts on sports center.
