I mean, at one point, Outside the Lines was a valuable property, as was The Sports Reporters. We're already circling the drain with PTI, because I don't know that I can be convinced that Kornheiser isn't still doing the show because Wilbon isn't ready to retire yet, and he's absolutely getting the Chris Berman "Emeritus" treatment once TK is gone. That period when they do something like swap out Kornheiser for Stephen A Smith and make PTI a recurring SportsCenter segment instead of a show to run out Wilbon's deal is gonna be ROUGH.
TK is still doing his personal podcast or else I’d believe that he’s ready to retire. All he would do is golf more than he does now, so I can believe it still gives him something to do.

At least he isn’t out here like Lee Corso or else they’d probably force his hand in getting him to retire.

Yeah, I think he'll do the podcast until he's REALLY done, since he can mostly do whatever he wants. But the fact that I think he seems to have just decided he's never going back in the studio suggests to me that the show isn't long for this world.

You're right, though. He'd definitely step away before he gets to Corso levels. Watching him on GameDay last season was rough. Someone needs to stop playing around, actually be his friend, and let him know that it's time.

Pti is a dinosaur that caters to our demographic.

I was in high-school when that show started. I turn 40 in a few months. Young kids are not watching that shyt. That show will end when Tony and Mike step away.

I don't even think espn is to worried about it honestly

PTI is the #1 rated show on ESPN
Last week it averaged 762k viewers

Around The Horn: 512k
First Take: 462k
Get Up: 317k
