I've been listening to the pod,radio, and TV show for year's.

They haven't had a pod since Thanksgiving. I knew something was up but not this.

I think some people at ESPN are eating but I know someone who told me they got like 115K to be on TV 4-5 days a week plus write articles.

He said he was making more doing his own thing with betting and crypto.

I think the thing with ESPN is that it's mad corporate and restrictive.

There's a level of freedom at The Ringer you wouldn't get at ESPN.

Spotiify owns The Ringer.....so even if you work for the Ringer, you're technically a Spotify employee.

My paychecks say the Ringer but I own spotify stock and I'm signing on to Spotify's system when I use my company computer, phone, slack, etc.
