It’s that time of the year where contracts are up and Disney looking to cut salary, ESPN is probably making talent take paycuts as well. He’s works better behind the scenes anyways IMO.

Sucks for Jalen as well since he doesn’t have a defined role now outside of Countdown.

You will be ok, he sucked the only thing he will be known for in the ten years of that show is that Amare tried to smash his wife besides that as a front facing talent he wasn't worth the shine .... he is probably great writing, producing and working in the background but as a front facing talent never did i care to hear his opinion on anything

Usually when ESPN lets a talent work for The Ringer, that’s eventually what happens as was the case with Rusillo and McMullan.
