I myself used to be amazing at this but I developed an anxiety problem a few months back. Since then, it's been an uphill battle :sadcam: How are your skills in that department? Any tips?

I usually do well on presentations I have to do but alot of that comes from preparation. With the webcams on laptops and everything I would record myself practicing so I could get down the content, posture, appropriate hand gestures and things like that. One of my teachers told me I was too laid back and soft spoken and it could give the impression that I didnt care too much about the topic on which I was speaking  but I've dropped some gems in my academic career. Watching old videos of Malcolm X would give me the holy ghost and I'd step in front of the class like :myman:

But OP I'm curious as to know what recently bought on your anxiety problem?

I feel confident because I'm knowledgable about my job only get nervous if I have to be in my service dress for some general or something cause all of our supervision is looking at me to know my stuff but I usually come through even briefed some Tuskegee airmen on our jet they was cool

If I'm confident in my knowledge on whatever I'm speaking about, yea I'm great. I usually don't write down cue cards so I prefer looking at key points and going from there.

I have the same problem too OP. I've learned that with more preparation, there's less anxiety. It's funny you made this thread too because I have a presentation this Monday:noah:
