I think I liked it better too. The one thing that kind of got me was I thought pretty much everyone in the crew besides the kid and Shia did shyt that made them pretty unlikeable. I couldn't tell if Brad Pitt was serious or not when he hinted that he would rape that German girl. shyt like that.Some of the religious symbolism didn't hit with me like I thought the director wanted it to either. Especially the final shot. The war scenes were top notch. I can't think if I've ever really seen a tank movie before. I don't think I have. Really good movie though.movie shyts on american sniper imo

Surprised this movie got absolutely zero oscar love. I thought Shia and Bernthal both did their thing. Very believable characters.
I can't believe I missed this movie. I don't even remember seeing any marketing. Great movie.

Jon Bernthal and Shia LaGAWD made everyone forget that Brad Pitt was the "star" of this movie
