Hmmm looking back at weigh ins.... might have to scale back the calories just a hair. Averaging more like 1lb/week. I'd be happier with like .25-.5
Wow been a minute since an update.
Still weighing in at 188.2 basically every day with no cardio. Need to get back on that... I have been sprinting up 5 flights of stairs almost daily at work though Saturday 5x upper body went well. Got 49 reps out of 5x10x185.... hoping I can get 50 this weekend and jump to 190. Everything else went smooth.
Sunday went well.... had a small panic.... left my belt at the gym!!!! Hit 5x8x245 basically beltless on squats. Can't complain.
Had heavy bench 3x upper body today. Got through 3x6x225 on bench. Finally got my tracking/planning sheet together as well, actually worked out very nicely. I just have to adjust everything so all my compounds move up together. Can't be adding 10lb a month to 5x10 bench and 5lb to 3x6. So that will take a little work.
This is probably the first no cardio stretch I've been on all year. Only thing I do is a sprint up 5 flights of stairs every morning at work. Weight is creeping though, been over 190 the last 2 days. I'm gonna try and squeeze in half an hour on the bike tonight and try and get that momentum going again.I had cardio in my routine for the past two months.
