I figured out what has been aggravating my damn shoulder blade. Well not exactly what it is but what causes it. Looks like it has to do with raising my arm above and behind my head like I do on my military press. Gonna probably just do arms and lateral raises this week. Also gotta figure out how to sleep with my left arm to my side instead of above my head. I think that's what's prolonging recovery.

Upper body day went really well today actually. Somehow my back feels fine. Hit 6,6,4x225 on flat bench and everything else was cool. Just gonna lay off shoulder pressing for a week or two

Got heavy legs tomorrow. 4, 5, 5x315? We'll see. Side note, I think my best ever was like 3x5x325, but I was a good 30-35lb fatter. God willing :sadcam:

I thought the tracking sheet was done but it broke on me. No worries

This week has been good. Weigh ins averaging in the 187-188s. Was 187.6 this morning. Hit my regular routine.... I think I hit 5,6,6x225 on heavy bench. Definitely hit 3x5x315 on squats. Got back to military press today, just did 115 for 6-10 reps. Should have grinded that last set out. Overall though I weigh the same as I did a month ago and all my lifts are up. I'll take it :manny:

Wow been a minute since an update.

Still weighing in at 188.2 basically every day with no cardio. Need to get back on that... I have been sprinting up 5 flights of stairs almost daily at work though :yeshrug: Saturday 5x upper body went well. Got 49 reps out of 5x10x185.... hoping I can get 50 this weekend and jump to 190. Everything else went smooth.

Sunday went well.... had a small panic.... left my belt at the gym!!!! Hit 5x8x245 basically beltless on squats. Can't complain.

Had heavy bench 3x upper body today. Got through 3x6x225 on bench. Finally got my tracking/planning sheet together as well, actually worked out very nicely. I just have to adjust everything so all my compounds move up together. Can't be adding 10lb a month to 5x10 bench and 5lb to 3x6. So that will take a little work.

How long were u doing cardio before taking it out of your routine?
This is probably the first no cardio stretch I've been on all year. Only thing I do is a sprint up 5 flights of stairs every morning at work. Weight is creeping though, been over 190 the last 2 days. I'm gonna try and squeeze in half an hour on the bike tonight and try and get that momentum going again.

I feel you on wanting to save that energy. When I think back to what I was getting done on 2000kcal :merchant: But I'm not done yet, gotta go through it all again next spring.
