Still at it... been weighing in the 182s all weekend :dahell: Was looking a little flat so I seized the opportunity :scumbag:

Hit my regular upper and lower body shyt, got through all of it. Everything is in place. Just setting the benchmark for what I need to return to after the trip.

Body weight: low 180s
3x5 squat/sumos: 305
5x10 squats: 235
5x10 RDLs: 215-225
3x5 MP: 140
5x10 MP: 115
5x10 cable rows: 165-170

I forgot what lactose does to my guts.... this boat trip is gonna be an adventure :sadcam:

Hit upper body today... went great, benched 3 plates for 3x10.... on the Hammer Strength chest press :lolbron: I gotta bring the ruler out but I'm pretty sure it's like 70%. Everything went well. Hitting heavy squats/sumos tomorrow. Not sure if I'll do anything Thursday.

In Europe now. Hit an upper body Monday but i have walked 15 miles in the last 2 days so no leg work. Flat as fukk, no creatine. It is what it is.

Plan is to recovery in October and spend the last 2 months of the year making gains. Then a mini cut in January, bulk in February-March, cut again in April etc. Since i know I can make gains in a deficit I'm not scared to cut anymore. This will get me to my goal weight faster. Hoping to make some arm and shoulder gains as well... more variations in accessory work

I'm right there with you with the arm gains. For me it's arm and chest.

Yeah, you mentioned before that you're still making gains in a deficit. Good work.

Shoulder is acting the fukk up... I mite have to pull bench out of the repetoire for like a year

It gets hit by my pecs being loaded and stretched. Thankfully I can do everything else but that's still a pain. I miss benching. I'm feeling like something is just slightly torn and that shyt takes forever to heal. O well.

Itching to get back to my routine. Gonna do a quick resistance band session tonight though. The pump still comes but now when I'm pumped I look how I usually do flat :francis: Once I get back on my regular diet and creatine though.........................................

Having fun in Europe though. I kind of needed a break.

France is hell on my diet. Had cereal, bread and butter for breakfast.... calorie count, well over 1500 :merchant:

Hit an upper body workout today.... probably the last one until we come home. Went OK, though I've definitely lost some strength. Looking forward to getting my creatine size back.

But I look a little softer. No need to carb up, just going to see what happens once I get back on my creatine + fiber regiment. We got back yesterday, debating whether to jump right back into it today with 5x10 legs.

fukking Barber Foods changed the formula on their Chicken Cordon Bleu. Used to be 2 of em had ~550kcal and 40g protein. Fit my diet macros perfectly. Now they have ~700kcal and 55g protein. Not a problem in my gaining phase but could be kind of a bytch in a cut

All of my injured body parts feel great though we will see what happens with load. Still not taking a chance on BB benching until next year though. I am contemplating trying DB bench for a little bit though it sucks I can't do that at home. I don't think that ever aggravated my shoulder. I really want to start doing pulldowns again too.

Hit upper body today.... did 3x5 MP and lat pulldowns. Shoulder feeling funny again, putting lat pulldowns on a moratorium till next year. Everything else went well. Looking forward to getting back to cardio Thursday, holding water. Still a little jet lagged

I benched without pain :gladbron: :blessed: :banderas:

It was with dumbbells but I will fukking take it. Got full ROM with no RC or shoulder issues. I'm :mjcry: right now. Rest of upper day went well, though I gotta remember to keep Thursday "weird". Do different variations of exercises.... overhead tricep extensions instead of regular pulldowns, hammer curls instead of incline/regular curls etc. Happy AF, hopefully I can build a nice base to come back to BB with next year. Big thing is I'm happy to be able to have fun in the gym without bench being a bread and butter lift.... military press is nice. Chest pump is :takedat: though........

I think I was high on adrenaline during yesterday's workout. Shoulder feels a little funny. I'm thinking it's more from the lat pulldowns than the DB bench though. Gonna skip lat pulldowns next week, but still give DB bench a go and see how I feel. May try 5x10 :lupe:

Upper body is DOMSy as fukk.... loving it :ahh:

Weighed in the mid 185s this morning :lupe: Rode last night but it was real weak, like 15 minutes/2 sprints. Gotta get back on that grind, try and go for at least 30 mins/4-5 sprints. Waiting for this full body DOMS to subside.
