Man I thought the weigh in this morning would be brutal.... homie had a baby shower last night and we indulged. Woke up this morning, 182.8. Lowest weigh in in a minute. Hit upper body yesterday. Tried bench. Pain still there but not as bad. I'm def healing and ditching lat pulldowns helped. Hoping I can get back under by the end of the year. Good thing is all the other work I'm doing seems to be supporting it.... didn't feel weak, at least in warmups. Today, high volume legs with a hangover of course. Joints were achy last week but I'm feeling better. Still gonna take an Aleve before just in case and get some kind of anti inflammatory supplement.
