Hit legs.... 5 sets of 8-10 rep squats, had to humble myself on the weight, and then 4 sets of 10 rep SLDLs. I'm feeling anabolic and I know my arm gains came quick from adding more volume so fukk it. Gonna try heavy rep squats Wednesday and see if I can ride tomorrow night

Wow, still under 180 despite bumping calories up. Had brownies last night :gladbron: Not sure how long this will last though. Def not trying to go overboard.

I'll be damned if my shoulder doesn't feel 100% but I think I'm gonna wait until like the 6th. Taking all pressing out till then.

Ooof.... OK, re-fed. Going to jump back on the cardio train Thursday night. Hit heavy legs today. Got 3x5x285 on back squats and sumo deads ( :leon: ). Felt really good, though I gotta tighten up my damn squats. Definitely feeling those sumos in my glutes... gonna put wifey on those pronto :demonic: shyt went up easy... gonna add 5lbs to both next week, and I gotta stick with 245/225 for my 5x10 squats/deads on Saturday.

Shoulder is feeling as good as it ever has... itching to try bench again Saturday. Hoping for a rebound/boost even with the time off. It will be about 1 month w/o bench/flys so I hope that is enough.

Hit upper today. Right shoulder feels weird but not necessarily painful. I'm still gonna try benching Saturday but I'm not optimistic. I may have to cut pressing completely for a little bit and even drop weight on lat pulldowns :mjcry:

Gonna ride tonight... weather looks OK but not ideal. Just a little too hot for my tastes/testes. But we will get it done

Rode last night. Only got like 35 minutes in, had to ride indoors :scusthov: Read a study that said short stints of HIIT are as good for the heart as long low intensity sessions. I will still try to do 1 long ass ride once a week but I'm definitely gonna incorporate some hill sprints and indoor HIIT in my cardio now, if for no other reason than to just save some fukking time. Now that I'm in a surplus I have the resources to recover from that shyt. Something is up with my heart rate monitor though which I absolutely need for calorie counting.

Like I said in RGT... copped that breadmaker.... shyt is :ohlawd: :mjcry: Just need to find some good whole wheat recipes cause I burn through white bread like nothing. That high GI shyt is no joke

Benched today. Mixed feelings. Shoulder does not feel 100%, but benching light did not hurt much. I def can't bench heavy so I'm not healed 100%... smart thing to do would probably be to stop pressing altogether, but I'm definitely healing with just MP. Gonna dial MP back to 2x/week and go a little lighter on lat pulldowns. Workout went OK otherwise though. Got squats and RDLs for 5x10 tomorrow, excited.

O yea, weighed in at exactly 180 this morning. Went over 3000kcal today though... see what I look like in the morning. I'm hoping I found my maintenance... I can definitely live like this.

Hit 5x10 squats and RDLs today. Really had to humble myself on the weight. Might have to drop down to 225 for complete all 50 reps on squats :dahell:

Shoulder is in a weird place. I think whatever RC issue I have is healed up. Problem now is I think my front delts are fried from all that pressing. Again just gonna take the week off of pressing completely, hopefully be able to get back at it next week.

Weighed in around the mid 178s this morning :ahh: Metabolism was waiting in the cut like :demonic:

Shoulder is feeling better, but still a little weird. Chest feels weird; kind of DOMSy. Still gonna abstain from all pressing at least till the weekend. It's rough.... felt good as hell to bench again, but it's a marathon not a sprint. I'll enjoy it much more when I'm fully healed

Hit upper....

Gotta find a way to warm my shoulders up more. First set of lat pulldowns, right shoulder was tight. But by the 3rd set I was good and by the 5th set I was fine. It was kind of the same story Saturday- first set of bench/LPD was weird, but then by the 3rd or so set I was fine. Maybe lat pulldowns are the issue? I will try seated rows again and maybe change the grip next time I do LPDs.

Legs are fcking nuked. I was OK after heavy squats/sumos Wednesday, but then I did hill sprints Thursday, did a light ride Friday and then volume squats/RDLs Sunday. Hoping I can acclimate over time; not backing off just yet. When the light is just right and I'm full I'm getting vascularity in my quads :merchant:

Squats/sumos for 3x5x295... went up like butter baybay :biggapls:

Only gonna add 5lb next week. Definitely gonna do a leg deload regularly.... maybe take a week off and just bike once a month. I know this kind of progress + loading won't last.

Shoulder still feels funny, but it's not RC shyt. It almost feels numb. It's so weird. Still holding off until the weekend though. I think the key will be warm it up right and use just enough volume to get blood flowing without doing so much warm up volume it kills my main lifts. I think I've been doing too much work in the vertical plane too. Gonna push and pull strictly horizontal this weekend and see how I feel on Tuesday.

Upper shoulder recovery (LPD/TPDs, curls/lateral raises)

I'm ready to start pressing man. Gonna just take my time warming my shoulder up and them I'm off to the races. Got a new camera with a wide angle lens so I might record some footage this weekend.
