Benched today. Mixed feelings. Shoulder does not feel 100%, but benching light did not hurt much. I def can't bench heavy so I'm not healed 100%... smart thing to do would probably be to stop pressing altogether, but I'm definitely healing with just MP. Gonna dial MP back to 2x/week and go a little lighter on lat pulldowns. Workout went OK otherwise though. Got squats and RDLs for 5x10 tomorrow, excited.
O yea, weighed in at exactly 180 this morning. Went over 3000kcal today though... see what I look like in the morning. I'm hoping I found my maintenance... I can definitely live like this.
