Looking forward to getting back to it

Thinking about how to use deloads.... I think I am going to do a full deload every 5 weeks. That should keep me from burning out but keep the gains coming quickly. Also give me some time to get more miles in on the bike with the weather getting better.

Gonna go back in either tomorrow or Thursday to do legs and shoulders

Hit legs and shoulders today. Whew, this is going to hurt tomorrow. Hit 3x8x275 on back squats. Military press took a little hit... only hit 3x9x105. Forgot my damn routine :snoop: Tried to superset upright rows with lateral raises. My shoulders screamed "UNCLE". I remember what I was supposed to do now though.

Whew coming back is a little rough. Hit chest arms and back today..... 3x9 bench did not go great. Just felt tired. I think I need a nap. I might have fukked up with my preworkout meal too. Had half a turkey breast, mashed potatoes and my kale smoothie. The itis is still real :francis: Most I usually do is just meat.

Legs still destroyed from squats on Wednesday but I think they are OK enough for front squats. Got legs and shoulders tomorrow. I am hoping a smaller meal will keep my energy up, otherwise I might fukk with a caffeine pill. I just don't quite have my energy/focus back. But I do feel better. I am hoping I can fully get back into the swing of things for heavy bench Tuesday.

Shoulders and legs went a lot better. Hit 3x8x195 on front squats and 3x5x135 on military press. I think I weighed in at 198.2. Legs are still on fire and were sore when I went in but I think I should be OK to bike tomorrow

Having my shake during my workout instead of during my pre workout meal did the trick. Energy levels were on point.

Still at 200.0 even after a ride :francis: It's not too bad though

Diet is pretty clean right now. Pretty much all cooked food. No candy or snacks really.

Got heavy bench with CAB today. If I can clear 3x6x240 today I will jump to 245 next week. I feel decent though. Well rested, not sore any more. Just a little weirdness by my shoulder blades/traps.

Thinking about this cut.... I wanna go for 4 months. April through July :mjcry: Also gotta figure out what the hell I'm gonna do about deloads. I didn't have one over my last cut but I do want to leave room. I think I will just have a light week once a month.... no heavy rep stuff. Gonna mix in some refeeds too. Probably one every 2 weeks or so. I think this round should go a lot better.

CAB went OK

First set of heavy bench was too close to warmups and I used the fat bar instead of the skinny one so I wasn't crazy about the grip. Hit 240x4,6,6. I will take it. I'm going up to 5,5,6x245 next week. Chins were a little weaker but I'm heavier :flabbynsick: Did dips instead of tricep push downs for a change. Might keep them if they don't start bothering my shoulder again. I took the weight down a good bit and upped the reps for that pump life. I will see how I feel tomorrow. Might break shoulders and legs up over tomorrow and Thursday.

Diet is so clean right now :banderas: Gonna grab some steak and brussel sprouts tonight.

Weekend report

Weighed in at 198.4 this morning I think

Chest arms back went OK yesterday. Grinded through 215x8,8,9 on flat bench. Up to +40 on weighted chins. Hit shoulders and legs today. Got through front squats and military press... kind of fell apart at the end :francis:

Started doing my notebook log again... so much more accurate. Will be good for cutting and just keeping things in check in general.

Weight is in the 199s, waist is in the mid 32"s. Looks like my weight is higher at this waist size than it was last time I was here. I think when it's all said and done I'm probably gonna start this cut in the 205s. If I can drop 20-25 :blessed: It's gonna be a little aggressive and miserable though. Been slacking on my cardio too.

Hit CAB today... went OK. Jumped to 245 on 3x6 bench, only hit 3x5 but man it was heavy. Was supposed to hit 5,5,6 but I didn't want to push it. Next week. Everything else feels good though.

Hit legs and shoulders last night.... went so so. Got 2x8x280; knee felt weird on the last set. I think I might need to warm up more now that its' winter time and I am getting :flabbynsick:er

Military press went OK. Need to record form and make sure I am not arching too much. I do like what this extra shoulder volume and focus is doing though. Bigger shoulders really complement the frame
