Hit chest arms back today. Just did 3x9 bench, 3x6 chins and then an arm superset. Was interesting. Hit 8,9,9x210, a PR out of the gate. Gonna go 100% on everything. Also gonna switch back to all back squats for a minute, for low and high reps. So far so good I think.

Shoulders and legs.... hit 3x5x295 on squats pretty much without issue. Should have recorded form though. Military pressed 3x10x95 :mjcry: I have to keep it light to make form a priority though. Might need another set of Olympic 25s... SLDLs are too heavy at 205, gotta humble back down to 185. Had to drop weight on leg curls too.

Rode outside today. Man. The HR meter does not lie. When I ride in the house my HR is like 125 MAX. Out on the road I was AVERAGING like 150, spiking up to 165(!!!!). Thats still within what's safe for me but it was not easy. Eye opening though. Instead of focusing on speed I think I am gonna try and average like 120-125. I still want to swap my fluid trainer for a magnetic one though. Other thing I definitely want to do is work some intervals into my indoor training. So much learning :blessed:

Shoulders and legs. Played with front squats today again, meh. Tightening up my military press form.... looking a lot better. Shoulders looking pumpkinish. Cant wait to get this cut going, but I gotta max my deposits before I cash out. Weighed in around 198... cant complain. shyt's getting back to normal. Actually really enjoying this new routine. I feel like I'm getting more out of each exercise even though I'm not doing as many.

Its fun man. Especially once your cardio game is solid. Last summer when I tried to ride around my neighborhood the hills killed me. Been just hitting my trainer building my speed up little by little... went for a ride on the same hills last week and did pretty well. Keeping me nice and leanish too. nikkas need to stop sleeping on that cardio wave

Overdue for an update.

Didn't stop. Weight is in the high 190s. Hit 215x8,8,9 on flat bench. Moving somewhat quick on military press... hit 3x5x135 on that. Cutting volume out has actually worked really well. Just mentally knowing my workouts will be manageable even if I am tired helps. I had to get a ton of stuff done for a client by the end of 2015 so I was grinding and kind of burnt out. Still hit PRs. Saturday I was on the fence about doing CAB and it just hit me like 'bro u only have 4 exercises to do, its not that serious'.

Gotta make some kind of decision on squats. I have been flip flopping like a motherfukker. "I wanna do all front squats" "I wanna do all back squats" I think I wanna try all back squats for a minute. 3x5 and 3x8. I do want to keep things heavy though. I might do squats first on both leg/shoulder days. Hopefully that won't knock my heavy military press off.

Tried to ride outside in the cold.... no dice, no dice. Changed like 8 times and just didn't feel good once I warmed up. Back to the trainer it is :francis: Def gonna incorporate some intervals or something on my Thursday ride though.

Hit chest/arms/back tonight. Energy def lower at night but I still cleared 5, 5, 6x240 on flat bench. Weight on the scale is still in the 198s but I can feel the titty meats making a comeback. Appetite for sweets has subsided so I think I can tighten the diet up. Gonna have to wait till tomorrow night or Thursday to hit legs and shoulders... I would prefer tomorrow night but we will see.
