Cleared 3x6x230 on flat bench :blessed: Time to move up. I will continue to move up through my last set progression scheme (start at 5,5,5, next week try 5,5,6, then 5,6,6, then 3x6 for 2 weeks, then +5)

I am going to see what my time looks like next year. If the cut goes well I am going to start a channel.

Rode last night. Def getting faster on the bike. Did 14.8 miles in an hour.

I have pretty much resigned to reaching 200lb by the end of the year. Been averaging 1lb/week since I came off the cut. Admittedly though the last 2 weeks have been :damn: on my diet. I am completely off script. Gonna make my chicken this weekend and get back on my shyt. On the upside though I have def been making steady gains. And I think some of the weight is just my legs getting built back up as I pretty much stopped squatting for a while on my cut. That is something I will have to be strict about with the next one.

194.4/- Didn't bother getting my waist, it's bigger.

Rode last night. Really thinking about getting a magnetic trainer. I just hate the way my fluid trainer resistance changes drastically once it heats up. They say that is supposed to feel natural but it doesn't. Got a long long list of shyt to put up for sale, adding that. I got through an hour at 14.7.

Today is off to a great start. Forgot my lunch, but remembered my camera :snoop: Looks like I am having a cafeteria burger for lunch today :francis: I am excited to try 235 on flat bench today though. Slow and easy.

CAB went OK. Strange.... flat bench is moving. Hit 5,5,6x235 no problem. Good form and everything, though admittedly my left pec still feels a little weird. Not painful, but it seems like it's trying to tell me something. I will keep listening. Back shyt seems to have taken a slide though. I just can't hit weighted chins the way I used to. Ha. Seems like I take one step forward on one thing, then two steps back on another. We are gonna get shyt aligned though.

Interesting couple of days.

Changed chest/arms/shouder day to shoulders/back/arms day. Gonna do away with incline bench. Replaced that with standing military press. Gonna do all my shoulder pressing standing. When I sit I arch the fukk out of my back. shyt basically becomes an incline press. I just throw a set of weighted chins in with that. Now that bench is dialed in I want to focus on honing in lifts for each body part. I think shoulders are close, just want to give them a week or so. Legs are dialed in. Main one is really back. Gonna have to humble myself a good bit on those, though I know once I cut the wings will be fine as is. If I'm doing them though I figure I might as well do them right.

Also had a pretty awful ride. Gonna move the bike trainer setup back down to the garage. Realized I am much faster and happier in colder temps for cardio. Lifting too, but not to the same extent. Ride got cut short due to.... bubbleguts :francis: Just couldn't hang. I will get back to work Monday though.

Pretty much stopped weighing myself. Got at least 1 party a week till January. Just going to get back on the grind then and make sure I do right between them :francis:

Just looked back.... last deload was like 2 months ago and it was full. No cardio no nothing. Felt exactly the same. Gonna do the same.... dial calories back, sleep more, ease my way back in. I might to a ride tomorrow but that's about it. Next year I am gonna try and do scheduled deloads every 6 weeks or so. I am fukking burnt. I went to bed at 9 last night and got up at like 730 today. I could have slept more.

Def starting to feel better.... weight is floating in the mid 195s.

Hoping I will start a new job next year but I don't know how that will affect my gym routine. Also been thinking I have been doing too much volume, which is affecting the quality of my lifts. Like on leg day I just do squats and 1 hamstring movement. But upper body days I might do 8 things. Gonna cap it all at 4 movements a trip for 4 days a week and see what happens. Priorities are progressing on my lifts, keeping good form and not burning TF out. Might even move away from supersets on major compounds..... naw thats too much. But I'm def gonna cut back and just try and focus on getting my lifts up and maintaining that focus. I feel like everything beyond my first superset is :trash: so I'm hoping if I cut things back a bit I can do better at everything. We will see

I think I have the routine down.... 4 days. 2 chest/back/arms days, 2 legs/shoulders days. 4-5 movements each day with a real focus on quality. Main thing will be to see if I can do legs and shoulders on the same day.

Gonna do a long ride tomorrow. Might even actually ride instead of doing the trainer.

At a doughy 194.4. Not bad. Barring catastrophe looks like we will finish the year well under 200. I'm excited about this new routine. I think I am going to break ground on it Sunday with CAB.

Whew man just a week off the bike does damage. Lost some speed and stamina :sadcam:
