Interesting couple of days.
Changed chest/arms/shouder day to shoulders/back/arms day. Gonna do away with incline bench. Replaced that with standing military press. Gonna do all my shoulder pressing standing. When I sit I arch the fukk out of my back. shyt basically becomes an incline press. I just throw a set of weighted chins in with that. Now that bench is dialed in I want to focus on honing in lifts for each body part. I think shoulders are close, just want to give them a week or so. Legs are dialed in. Main one is really back. Gonna have to humble myself a good bit on those, though I know once I cut the wings will be fine as is. If I'm doing them though I figure I might as well do them right.
Also had a pretty awful ride. Gonna move the bike trainer setup back down to the garage. Realized I am much faster and happier in colder temps for cardio. Lifting too, but not to the same extent. Ride got cut short due to.... bubbleguts
Just couldn't hang. I will get back to work Monday though.
Pretty much stopped weighing myself. Got at least 1 party a week till January. Just going to get back on the grind then and make sure I do right between them
