Weight was in the mid 192s and would not go down on reweighs :lupe:

But I look fine.... waist is small, vascularity is OK. Plus I'm due for a ride tonight. Got chest arms and shoulders for lunch. Def gonna take it easy on the ride. Cap my speed at 14 MPH. Walk in the park

Weighed in in the mid 192s. Weight is definitely creeping up; may have to dial back the calories. I really don't want to go over 200 again. I'm still lean though. Friday I wore some jeans I hadn't fit into I think since I left NYC :merchant: Cant find my measuring tape but I am pretty sure my waist is still under control. That's really the control metric here. If I can stay under 32-33" I'm good. I was up to like 37" before :why:

Biked for 14 miles. Felt good. Finally figured out my heart meter situation which was good. 14 MPH had me between 105-125 BPM. Left knee felt a little funny after but seems fine now and doesn't hurt when I squat. Had a problem with having to pee like 10 times.... was drinking way too much water at the start of the ride. No worries though. Hoping I can keep adding more and more speed and start my cut in April with a bang :demonic:

Hit chest arms back.... went well, hit 5x230 on flat bench with more in the tank

For some reason my strength on flat bench goes in this order... first set, only good for like 5 reps, 2nd set I peak, 3rd set I'm between the two but closer to 2nd set. So I think I will just focus on progressing on the last 2 sets for now, and work backwards.... so I am going to try for 6x230 next week on the last set, adn if I hit that do 6x230 on the middle set, and if I hit that go up to 235. I do think I might need to do more warming up but I need to find the balance.

Chest arms shoulders.... back is still def tweaked but we managed. Not gonna do front squats Saturday.... I will probably do a long ride if my ride today goes OK. I think I need to dial back the calories a little bit too, maybe to like 2800. Been getting a little soft.

Ride last night went well.... hit the hour straight through at ~14 MPH. It was funny... heart rate monitor is key. My bike trainer resistance increases over time, so once it got up to temperature (which was like 30 mins in) my HR jumped 10 BPM. Still though I was only hovering between like 115-125 so it was light. I think that is a good target heart rate

Hit upper body party yesterday. Went OK. I think I hit 3x9x200 on flat bench so I can move up on that which is nice. I slept weird Saturday night and my neck is still bothering me. Kind of sapped confidence a little bit during the workout. I was a little hungover too so I didn't get through all 5 supersets of my arm shyt. Lower back is still not quite 100% so I'm gonna front squat on my week day leg day. Try for 210.

Haven't weighed myself in days.... just going by the mirror and the ruler. Waist is still ~31-32". Noticing a kind of pattern. I don't drink much water on the weekends and I drink alcohol and often eat shyttier salty food so I bloat up a bit. But then I flush that out with my Monday ride and water at work. Then I'm a little leaner during the weak, but by Thursday I'm a little bloated again. My pump varies a lot during the week too. It's interesting to see. But things seem to be under control and moving in the right direction.

I have a ride tonight.... gonna do my hour as usual. It got cold here so the garage might be a little chilly.... I might do away with the fan. Hopefully it's not too cold.

Hit legs yesterday..... did front squats, 8x215 went up like butter on the last set. Def gonna move up to 215. I enjoy front squats.... might make that my main leg move. Only thing I'm a little worried about is my knees track way forward and it looks like my arches collapse. Im gonna get some pros to check my form. Might have to widen my stance just a fraction. Got CAS for lunch today and a ride tonight; should go OK. Weight/waist were 194.0/31 1/4 this morning; looked a little puffy cause I went out for beer n wings last night. Tweaked my diet just a little bit; took out about 300kcal. We will see how lifts go.
