:manny: its what i used for cutting and bulking(currently)

your weight will fluctuate wildly tho if you dont take the same measurement at the same time weekly(ideally mornings)

Yea I have seen the weight swings... I remember "losing" 2lbs in 2 hours (early morning bike ride). Some days I gain 4 lbs etc

I generally go by wake up weight though as that's when I'm at my lightest... I was 187.0 today... right on pace.

Thinking about whether or not to even bother with trying to work out on this Europe trip. Might blow dust off the old door chin up bar and see if I can fit it in the suitcase. Get on my pure calisthetics on for a bit. I'm too heavy to do shoulder push ups though, maybe I can hinge my lower legs.

I done put weight on damn near every fukkin exercise on this new diet + routine... when I get back I'm going so hard. Weight is only up to 187.2 this morning, I'm still pumped from last night :wtf:

OK bruhs I am back from my honeymoon (which was fit for a king, what a great time)

I lost 4lbs over 2 weeks :why:

I took a complete break... and on top of that, def didn't get a lot of protein (we ate out for ~70% of meals, didn't have any way to cook meat anyway), and actually got a lot of low intensity cardio (walking around like crazy, swimming, hiking). Thats all good though. Gonna reload the glycogen stores and get back to work. I am hoping to be back up to 100% in 2 weeks but it will prob be closer to a month. I can see the mass loss. No biggies though I have nothing but time :lift: :cook: :eat:

Wo

First day back... pretty rough. I'm still fighting jet lag, back to not sleeping right, and not quite back at the energy level I was before I left. Still though, got through most of the workout. Missed a few reps on second sets but that will come back. Just sucks I left at peak condition and have to climb my way back to that :to:

Give it a few weeks and you'll be right back to it broseph. My first 2 weeks back in the gym after my european vacation this summer were :shaq2::sadcam:, but i'm looking even better now than before i left.

Getting back into my groove :takedat:
Still not quite back yet tho :damn:

Got a new exercise to hit mid traps I'm excited about. Pronated grip on side + rear delt raises is really working. Recovery is a little slow though. Prob at least another 2-3 weeks before I'm back up to 105 on DB bench and 230 on seated cable rows. Left wrist also needs time to get back to handling heavy DBs on bench. Things are moving though.

Its October now... I'm hoping by the end of the year to be on 125s for DB bench, 250 on seated cable rows, 80-90 on shoulder press and <200lbs. Barring injury/sickness I think I can do it. All about this two set/exercise routine.
