Biked in today. Speed was up a little bit. I think I just need to do it more often. Maybe on every upper body day. Gotta try and see if I can wake up earlier so I can do a lap or two before work. Then ride in to the gym by work, shower + change. Gonna have to start drinking coffee again.

Haven't been sleeping well though. Might do some melatonin tonight.

Hit 10x200, 10x205, 9x205 on bench yesterday. I know that aint shyt to yall but this is the most I've ever benched.

Gotta check the ego on shoulder press. Been struggling w/65lb DBs for a good month or so now. Time to drop back to 60 and get the form + reps 100%.

Making ZERO progress on upper power days. Its been a good month or so with that too. Seriously considering replacing that w/an arm/accessory day.

Everyone responds to things a little differently. I tried that once a week shyt, it didn't work. Twice a week is def working for me. If I can recover in 48 hours, why wouldn't I get right back at it? Might as well.

Not sure what you're trying to prove. Your workout works for you, this shyt I'm on now works for me. Obviously growth + recovery are happening at the same time for me, as I have been growing + recovering for a good month or so, which is prob the first time I've seen a decent amount of progress in months. People respond to shyt differently.

Switched to what for me are ATG squats. Have some pain in my right knee for the first time ever (its usually the left). Haven't deaded in 2 weeks... getting kind of broish

Diet has been good though. Up on damn near all my upper body lifts. Weight is still dancing between 187-190 but I honestly think I'm recomping. Cant complain :manny:
