I cant wait to get back in tonight...

Only thing I'm a little worried about... my thumb + wrist are still bothering me from that accident in February. I think I need to add in some forearm training on leg days. My wrists are small + weak as fukk.

395x6 last night.

Hypertrophy days are def interesting. Doing 10-15 reps on exercises I'm used to only doing 6-8 reps on is a big change. I think thats gonna add up to more gains.

Weight is up to 188. DEFINITELY need to get on the bike. A lot of that might be in my legs though. Def been hitting them harder than ever.

God damn, woke up at 191

Skruggled through 1 lap around Central Park... shyt was terrible... getting passed by old men etc

Gonna rain all week so my only other cardio will prob be the pool. Gonna try and go Wed. and Fri morning. Trying to get down under ~185 slowly (like by the end of summer).
