I gotta make moves on bench. I have been hitting 95x9-10 on 3 sets, then trying to do that same # of reps w/100 and getting frustrated Ran some calcs, and based 1RM I should drop down to 7-8 reps for the same 1RM intensity. Overall work load will drop but intensity will go up.
