I gotta make moves on bench. I have been hitting 95x9-10 on 3 sets, then trying to do that same # of reps w/100 and getting frustrated :comeon: Ran some calcs, and based 1RM I should drop down to 7-8 reps for the same 1RM intensity. Overall work load will drop but intensity will go up.

Back and triceps today... shyt is gonna be :noah:

Decent back + triceps day yesterday. Feeling fat though. Gonna switch from snacks back to oatmeal and veggies next week. See if I lean out a little bit but maintain strength. Maybe I will do an all out mini cut. I could probably drop 5lb and maintain this strength level. I will bet most of it is just water.

Reconfigured the workout again. I gave the last one 6 months, it worked somewhat but I want to double my compound volume and see if that gets numbers jumping. Falling back on legs a little bit... doing away w/leg day and just tacking on a set of squats or SLDLs onto each workout. Also gonna do a disciplined IF recomp. Weighed in at 189.6 this morning. Gonna try to stay under 190 and see what kind of gains I can make.

Tricep DOMS lasted all the way till last night. I'm hoping that is just an indication of hitting them well. If they aren't that sore next week from the same routine I'll know I did right.

Recomp is going well. Was down to 188.8 today. Been eating real clean on the off days, and getting just right on the on days. I wanna get down to 185 and stay there. Hopefully I won't get down too fast though. Doing back and shoulders today, def looking forward to it.

Recomp going well but I mite have to jump back on dat dere coffee to get my fast break time more consistent. Right now my body is used to eating at noon, but on lift days I don't eat till about 2-3. Low key, I have been feeling a little hypoglycemic during workouts. Not to the point that its dangerous, but def enough that it's annoying. So at 11-12 I will have a cup. Should take about a week to acclimate.

Going to NC for a few days.

Back from NC. Workouts going OK. Pretty much doing upper body over lunch, and then abs and a light leg workout (one compound and calves) + swimming at night. I don't mind too much.

Had to humble myself on seated cable rows. No more jerking or lower back help. Gotta use all arms + lats. I still had good weight on em, 170lbs.

Had a great chest + shoulder workout, hungover and everything. My damn left wrist is bothering me though. I went up to 100 on DB bench and my wrist is interfering with the lifts. I did 205 on BB bench for the last 2 sets... I felt a little twinge on the 1st BB set but I narrowed my grip on the 2nd BB set and it was fine. Also got a good amount of reps off on the last set (which was the 4th total) I think I am gonna switch back to BB for flat bench, and do some wrist training.

Fasted training is going great too, I felt fine today w/no food and a hangover.

A little sick. Had chest + triceps today. Everything was alright except flat bench and pec flys. Also my decline bench game is nonexistant. Like I literally couldn't get the bar off the rack. I might make Tuesdays a lighter bench day and then Saturday a heavy bench day. I felt a lot better Saturday. Gotta get some sleep too, def feeling sleepy today. Working late though. Might go home, swim some laps with wifey and just zone out by like 10:30. I need to reset and let my immune system get to work.

Had a "meh" back and shoulders day. Forgot to have PWO BCAAs so I was feeling slightly sluggish. I think my weekend workouts go better than weekday workouts... I def get way more sleep on the weekends which is the big difference. Been struggling w/getting to bed early enough for months now.
