Control the weight, don't let it control you
Started holding the weight at the top of shoulder raises. Might do that for upright rows too. Sticking point right now is biceps... specifically standing curls. I think I am gonna drop the weight and keep the ROM in a range that keeps the muscles under constant tension, rather than letting the BB drop to the bottom. Try and keep my arms closer to that 90 degree angle as much as possible.
