NBA should use the current political nationalism too

Make it USA vs the world, even if they have to play 24 vs 6.
Use East and West only for player selection.
Keep the possibility to switch between FIBA citizenship and country of origin, based on injuries of Embiid and KAT, so that the US gets to win in the 4th against tired competition.
Americans are patriotic and love winning, we saw this at the Olympics.
