Black people will absolutely be profiled, it's already happened :what:

Trump just spent years convincing a large portion of the cac population that Obama isn't an American citizen for essentially no other reason than that he's black. And you think immigration agents are going to somehow not bother any black people? :wtf:

black people will not be profiled as illegal immigrants, thats just stupid

black people will continue to be profiled as criminals the way they always have been, its pathetic that you guys are trying to shoehorn immigration as a black issue after immigrants groups kept quiet in police brutality cases against black people

why are you guys ttying so hard to give a fuk about people that dont give a fuk about you?

It's less about "giving a fukk about illegal immigrants' and more "refusing to advocate human rights abuses".

I'm not an immigrant myself and don't even consider the issue to be high priority personally, but I still don't want ICE agents all up in my neighborhood running RAIDS, harassing people, and splitting up families.

yeah, its a violation of the federal code to enter the us without a visa, are you unaware of this?
So if black people are profiled as criminals, and illegal immigrants are criminals, wouldn't it follow logic that some black people will be profiled as illegals? Or no?:patrice:

Illegal Immigrants aren't responsible for the wealth gap though, to be honest that's pretty cacish thinking. Blaming people who are lower than you (or at most equal to you) on the socioeconomic latter for economic woes rather than the people at the top never gets anywhere. Antagonising immigrants will do nothing to help and takes focus away from the real problem which is white supremacy.

Just like how lower/working class white people tend to blame blacks/immigrants for their problems when they should be blaming white people at the top for fukking them over.
We moved off the illegal immigration topic. At least I did

So you expect blacks to willfully alienate themselves and defy the American economy?

How do you expect that to happen, and what is your historical precedent for your plans possible success?
So being black first means complete alienation?

Jesus man

So we can't form a new party or elect black free thinking independents AND then they can negotiate ?

Our best bet is to just stay within the Democratic Party's plantation?

immigration is a specific type of offense that is enforced by a specific agency

for example, insider stock trading is a crime that is enforced by SEC, historically black people are not profiled as inside stock traders, capish?

the same analogy would hold for the enforcement of immigration law, black people dont have to worry about SEC or ICE coming after them, black people have to worry about the FBI and local police,

those are the agencys that historically have profiled black people and committed violent acts against black people and have violated the constitutional rights of black people

and the bottom line is that immigrant groups have said nothing when these agencys have committed violent unconstitutional acts against black people, so why do you as a black person feel it necessary to speak out about immigration? i worry about ICE as much as i worry about the SEC coming after me

i know its a novel idea, but black people should focus on black issues, immigration enforcement is not an issue that black should be scared about, in fact they should applaud it, the few black illegal immigrants there are should self deport

No. Saying "fukk everybody else" is complete alienation.

So we can't form a new party or elect black free thinking independents AND then they can negotiate ?
Who said this?

All I said was that our party would need the support of all types of groups to be successful.

Our best bet is to just stay within the Democratic Party's plantation?

I have not mentioned the word democrat in any post I've made in this thread.

But I just gave you plenty examples of immigration agencies looking for black people.

Plenty of immigrants support what we'd consider "black issues" and even more of them are black themselves and experience those issues first hand.

My morality is not dictated by my preconceived assumptions of other people based off of their appearance.

You posted a story of illegal immigrants being deported......and? Are you against the enforcement of immigration laws?

Actually no, there are not plenty of immigrants that speak out against police brutality against black people, in fact a lot of the police accused of abusing black people are immigrants or the children of immigrants

In other words you are a black liberal c00n

I never said that we moved on from illegal immigrants

:gucci:

This whole damn conversation been about illegal immigrants. If you moved off you did it on your lonesome.

TLR has some idiots but HL is home to the house negros for real :beli:

Nikkas basically saying that comparing your communities standing isn't important. "You should just be happy with..." ass nikkas

I was legit :snoop: at Dank's last post

Damn, three posts breh? I got you WAY in your feelings before you even get what I said.

I ain't saying the wealth gap is unimportant. It is a sign of inequality, creates negative self-image as a community, leads to real power differences which hurt the community.

What I'm saying is that it is self-destructive as a GOAL. The goal should always be the welfare of the community. You don't need to look at some other community to determine if you are improving that. If the welfare of the community is less important than what you see other communities doing, you sunk. You see that all the time - people who stay focused on disparities instead of uplift and transformation of our own always stay bitter and useless.

Yep.

FYI, only about half of illegal immigrants entered illegally, the rest just over stayed visas, which isn't technically a crime. And a good number who come illegal did it when they were too young to make the decision, so they'd never be prosecuted for a crime either.

Not too important either way, just putting up facts.
