Even with your extreme analysis here, I'd be much more concerned with supporting the 75% and helping the 25% remove themselves from that situation.
As opposed to potentially harming the 75% in order for the 25% to get more scraps.

I'd ignore Nap on these conversations. He generally hates illegals and any argument he's attempting to make is coming from a place of dishonesty. He doesn't care about the plight of lower class blacks either. To the extent that he's staunchly opposed to any increase in minimum wage.

we're not talking about a few thousand people.
We're talking about effectively (at least) 1/3 the population of Canada illegally residing in the United States.
These are people. I get that.
But they disproportionately affect us more than anyone else.
We don't need additional barriers to our improvement as a demographic.
...and lets not touch on anti-black segments of the hispanic population
And even more black people would be adversely effected if we enact some of these draconian plans proposed by conservatives.
In the context of this thread if I'm a black man living in one of these cities where budget is tight, kids barely have books, infrastructure is fukked, police forces are spread thin etc. The last thing I'd want my city spending money on is patrolling/apprehending/detaining illegals for the Feds.

if you have more illegal immigrants than is even more money that has to spent on books and infrastructure, cities get reimbursed for expenses related to immigration enforcement
Theres a medium here. I prefer a tactful but stiff enforcement of these laws.
If local PD won't do it, fine. But don't ignore the PROBLEM with having that many illegal residents in your country and cities.
They shouldn't be here, on a ground zero basis.

I don't feel bad for anyone who's in a bad predicament because they chose to abandon their education.
Plot twist, they can go back to school.
I'm also on record saying that the plight of black men fighting with illegal immigrants is largely a symptom of being the least educated class of citizens in our country. Therefore black men would be better served to become more educated to improve their standing than deporting illegal immigrants. And for context our discussion was in regard to border jumping Mexicans.

Cities spending local cash to enforce federal laws is almost always a net negative for local residents.

You pretended immigrantion agents only look for central/South Americans and that central/South Americans can't be black.

I said that the black illegal immigrant population is minuscule, so ICE is unlikely to focus on black people just like the SEC is not going to target black people for insider trading due to the minuscule number of black corporate insiders
but if you are black and illegal then obviously you should be concerned and you should be deported and i would advise all black illegal immigrants to self deport

you can rationalize it however you want, its just a fact that you are more concerned about the plight of illegal immigrants that the predicament of black high school dropouts
what exactly is stopping the government from doing both improving black education and deporting illegal immigrants, what is the contradiction?
that just sounds stupid. I've at no point argued against enforcing immigration laws.
What I have argued is that black people should focus on proactive steps to increase our standing in ways that allow for upward mobility across the board and not through negation which ultimately still leaves us at the bottom.
Higher paying jobs require more and more education as an entry barrier. Therefore in order to decrease the wage gap or simply put more money into the black community education will be required because without it you aren't seeing those higher wage jobs.
I will ask you point blank, what is more important for the advancement of black men. Deporting illegal immigrants or becoming better educated?
